BEST TAPA for me is this USDA Angus tapa available at Salcedo Saturday Market. Booth of Two Sisters. I think you may also pick it up in Dasmarinas Village, San Lorenzo Village, Ayala Alabang Village and BF Homes Paranaque.

It's not your typical beef tapa with beef jerky texture. this one is thinly sliced, similar to beef sukiyaki. marinated and ready to cook. Very convenient for impromptu dinners. So crunchy and so delicious.
